I am passionate about human rights. I aspire to increase youth involvement in pressing global issues, because we are the future. The world depends on youth to lead these efforts with innovation and local projects that have global impact. Volunteering for global goals facilitates a cosmopolitan culture that is necessary for international human rights standards and active communities.

As a first year MIMG major and bioinformatics minor, global health has become a primary interest of mine. My aim is to both understand and tackle the health disparities that exist among diverse populations, while also educating and bringing awareness of such prevalent concerns to my community, specifically to the youth.
